During the first half of 2018, Dialogic has been assessing the outcome of the Valorization Programme. This programme was introduced by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in 2010 and is currently coming to an end. Over the past years, 12 consortia of universities and local partners received subsidies for improving the use of knowledge in regional ecosystems (e.g. through knowledge transfer, startup support, entrepreneurship education). Besides determining the overall impact of the programme, the final evaluation also addresses to which extent support for knowledge use is now permanently embedded. The recommendations we provide focus especially on this latter issue.
